The only way to guarantee the authenticity of your Dara Caro fragrance is, if the product was purchased on our website or at any of our authorized retailers.

The best place to store your fragrance is in a dark and cool place, away from humidity, sunlight, and high temperature.

PRODUCTS

Dara Caro fragrances are designed in Dubai.

Some of the ingredients used in our fragrances are synthetic.

The list of ingredients is indicated on the packaging of our products and listed on our official website daracaro.com. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care team at this email address sales@daracaro.com.

SAMPLES

We offer a free sample on all 50 ml perfume orders. You can also discover Dara Caro at any of our authorized retailers.

We do send and sell individual samples of any of our fragrances on our website.

DELIVERY

Our prices are VAT inclusive without customs duties.

The different methods of payment accepted are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and American Express. Payment is made via recognized payment operators - PayPal and Stripe.

Once your parcel is shipped, an email is sent to the email address provided with all the tracking information.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order and payment.

Once your parcel is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

We offer free shipping to some countries in Europe within 3 to 5 working days.

RETURN

We can only accept the return of Dara Caro Dubai products purchased through our official website daracaro.com within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and in their original packaging. Discovery Sets cannot be returned or exchanged. The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
